Este o plantă suculentă extrem de apreciată pentru culorile nemaintalnite de roz aprins pe care le expune. Frunzele, ovoidale, aproape sferice, sunt de dimensiuni mici, între 1-2 cm.Prezintă mici peri, de culoare albă, care dispar la maturitate. Florile sunt de asemenea roz, cu diametrul de 3 - 3.5 cm şi apar atunci când plantă este amplasată în zonele însorite.
